Here is a great lower body workout you can do anywhere, this is a bodyweight training workout,use ur body as the equitment. You can do 10-20 reps 2x or do 30 sec intervals 2x

Circuit 1:                                                

Speed squat                                      

jump squats                                      

chair squats                            

goblon squats( feet wider then hips) 

 

Circuit 2:

Plyo squat (toes out, squeeze inner thighs)

Plyo pulse

side lunge (alt )

side lunge with a leg raise

Circuit 3:

cursty lunge

walking lunges

reverse lunge

dead lift
