Healthy breaded chicken

Ingredients:
2 boneless,skinless chicken breast
egg whites
3 cups of corn flakes
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp of olive oil
freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees cook for 30 mins
rinse chicken and pat dry. session with salt and pepper, then dip into egg whites and then cornflacks.
