Starting off my Sunday Morning with Yoga

I have never really been into yoga, when i do a workout i am the type who wants to be dripping sweat, feeling the burn, but recently have found myself doing yoga on my off days makes me really connect to the muscles i am working and helping me gain a better control over my own body and strengthening my muscles. it also gives me a calmness and a feeling of accomplishment that i worked hard my muscles are sore in a good way and my mind is calm.
