The best way to make sure you eat right is by meal prepping. MEANING get all the food and snacks you’re going to eat in advance. I usually pack a morning snack like a yogurt, fruit, or veggies and hummus. Then ill pack my lunch either salad, soup, with some sort of protein if it’s chicken or fish. Then a afternoon snack, nuts, natural bar ect. Then dinner usually will have a soup, vegetables and a protein again!
By meal prepping your eliminating going out and grabbing something quick, also you are packing enough food to keep you full for the day at work so when you get home you don’t over eat!
