Tips to give you a healthy life style
1.Think positive (Have the right attitude )
You need to be in the right mind set, you have to know your goals believe in yourself and never give up. Always repeat “I think I can“ Because at the end of the day you can. So many people have started and succeeded. Nothing in life is easy and neither is this but it’s all worth it in the end. Stay strong believe and never give up!
2. Set a “5-meal ideal”
. 5-6 meals will help you manage your weight, keep your cool, maintain your focus and avoid cravings. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, dinner and snack.
3. Drink water!
one of the most important and easiest things to do is to drink your water. Drink your 6-8 glasses daily. Stay hydrated, it helps you NOT over eat!
4. Exercise daily
When people see the word exercise I can feel the cringing in their face! But exercise can be fun. There are so many things out there that you can do, simply walking to the park with the kids, swimming in the pool going on bike rides. Mix it up do cardio, body weight, weight training. Try fun class’s like Zumba, Yoga, Spinning and boot camps. Get up and get moving!
5. Get a good night's sleep
Sleep is key. You need your energy to help you stay motivated and you need to give your body all the rest it needs.
6. Use foods over supplements
Supplements are not a substitute for a good diet. You need real, all food group types of food.
8.Give yourself a break
Give yourself a “cheat day”. One day off where you don’t have to work out or really pay attention to what you’re eating. Enjoy you deserve it.
