Enjoying the nice weather

When the weather gets nice the last thing you want to do is be in a stuffy gym or inside your house! you want to be outside enjoying the beautiful day so take your work out outside!

There is so many things you can do and so many places you can go to make your workout Great!

Outdoor Activities

-Finding fun trails, playgrounds, parks

-Running

-walking

-Biking

-Swimming

-Hiking

- Rollerblading

-kayaking

-Play a sport soccer, tennis

- if you have kids play there playground games tag, hide and seek, skipping ( get the whole family involved)

Going to a playground make it into a circuit training workout:

 -monkey bars for upper body strength

-swings for in and out abs,

-stairs for step ups, or lunges

-Bench for jump ups, triceps dips, and push ups

All these things anyone can find and use, it’s free and its fun and it gives you an overall workout. Next time the weathers nice don’t think twice be adventure’s go outside and see what fun things you enjoy and put it into your everyday work out!
