Its that time of year again! after the holiday craziness its time to start a new year and with that comes those resolutions on how to make 2017 so epic that 2016 gets jelious!

Being a beach body couch I have the greatest fitness programs at my finger tips which you can get too! theses programs are great if you are a beginner, if you want to lose un wanted weigth, get toned or just to be healthy! I suggest beach body not only beacause i am a coach but beacause i know they work at its a great program to help you stay on track gives you the workouts a calander on what workouts to do daily and a meal plan.

1.The most important part is setting a goal think about what you want and give your self a dead line. ex i want to lose 10 lbs in 2 months

2.Set a schedual think about how many times a week you want to work out a good starting number is 3 times a week to get started schedual it into your day.

3. choice a workout if you are going to join a gym workout at home, write down what workout you are going to do a set a time.

4. have friends or family members join you make it a group thing it will help you stay motivated and allow you to have fun/ join a challange group challange tracker by beach body!

5. have fun! at frist it will be hard but always remeber why you set this goal for yourself and know that you can do anything you set ur mind to! before you know it you willl love working out and fall in love with being healthy! trust me i know i have been there !
